About Our Restaurant

Husband and wife team

of French-born chef Manu Fillaudeau and Perth-born Jasmin have extensive experience in hospitality throughout Europe and Australia and are proud to invite guests to their popular earth rustic restaurant set amongst the vineyard of the Estate.

They look forward to sharing with you their passion for delicious modern Mediterranean food, wine and relaxed dining.

The venue is fully licenced with wine, beer and spirits available (no BYO).

After enjoying some mouthwatering food, you might like to visit the cellar door to try flavoursome wines from the Pinelli Estate range.

Our History

  • 2014 We set off to a great start in the New Year having received awards by Australia Good Food and Travel Guide and Dimmi for Best Fine Dining (Regional) and Top Rated French. We look forward to continuing to bring you more excellent flavoursome dishes and the great service you deserve in 2014!
  • 2013 Our aim to provide excellent food and dining was acknowledge several times in 2013. We had the honour of receiving awards including the Dimmi: Best for Special Occasion and Best for Fine Dining, Dimmi: Top Rated for European, Award for Excellence Winner, by Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering and were recommended by Trip Advisor as one of the top restaurants to visit in Caversham.
  • 2012 Living the Dream - After hard work and determination our dream became reality. Since opening in April 2012, we have had the pleasure of offering WA locals the complete Meditteranean food and dining experience. Fillaudeau’s is the perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle - if only for one fabulous afternoon!
  • 2011 The Grunt Work - We asked a restaurant consultant about opening a restaurant and the answer we got was “Don’t! The failure rate is high, the costs can soar out of control and the hours are brutal.” Depsite the odds we decided to aim high, believe in ourselves and in our passion for great food and fine dining!
  • 2010 The Idea – “Lets open a restaurant that trecends all of the fine flavors of Europe and Asia while creating the perfect environment to experience them in. Let’s offer Perth locals a true Meditteranean experience with great food, fine wine and the impression their dining in a beautiful winery in Tuscany.”
